STEP 1: Inspection A careful inspection of your home is performed. Any problem areas are identified and reported to you, the homeowner. We will assist you in selecting the appropriate colors for the job.
STEP 2: Power Washing All areas to be painted will be power washed to remove dirt, mildew, and any other contaminants.
STEP 3: Trenching Where necessary, we will trench along the foundation wall so we can paint below the dirt line.
STEP 4: Taping and Masking Windows and grounds are masked and all grounds, bushes and big material objects are covered with tarps to prevent overspray so everything around our house is protected.
STEP 5: Patch and Repair All wood and stucco surface cracks will be repaired.
STEP 6: Scraping and Sanding All loose paint is scraped, leveled, and then sanded.
STEP 7: Caulking We will caulk all leak-prone cracks, gaps, and seams.
STEP 8: Primer or Sealer The appropriate primer/sealer is applied for durability and to provide a good base for all fascias and wood areas where necessary.
STEP 9: First Body Coat First body coat is applied with a sprayer to the main body and eves of the house.
STEP 10: Finish Coat of Body The finish coat is sprayed to achieve complete coverage and a professional finish.
STEP 11: Removal of Masking We remove all masking around windows, lights, and tarps that are not needed.
STEP 12: First Trim Coat The first trim coat is applied with a brush to gutters, fascias and window trim, etc.
STEP 13: Finish Coat or Trim A second trim finish coat is applied to all trim areas.
STEP 14: Touchups Any spot that needs added attention will be addressed.
STEP 15: Cleanup All tarps, masking, and garbage are properly disposed of by the contractor.
